Major Federal Court Ruling in Seattle/ AG versus the Navy Growler Expansion in NW Washington
A long-awaited decision that began in 2019 has been made by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington today, August 2, 2022. It is the consequential ruling the community had hoped for validating community complaints and Navy inactions in following the law.

ORDER ADOPTING [109] REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. The cross-summary judgment motions are granted in part and denied in part. Dkts. [87], [88], [92]. We hope this ruling will now make it easier for our Congressional members to assist the Navy and the people of Northwest Washington to find a remedy for this long-standing problem.
